Important! These masks are not CE or FFP2 certified, but according to the Chinese standard GB2626-2006, as manufactured for the Chinese market (including packaging). They are explicitly offered here only as so-called "community masks" or "makeshift masks", since a protective effect is not proven according to the EN 149:2001 standard (since no testing was carried out according to this standard). However, protective masks of the type FFP2 certified according to EN 149:2001 and masks of the type KN95 certified according to GB 2626-2006 are well comparable with each other for the application case SARS-CoV-2. These masks are the same model (KN95) and from the same manufacturer as the masks that the Chancellor has often worn to various national and international appointments. Also the masks worn by Mrs. Merkel on the photos have neither a CE, nor a FFP2 certification!
